Job application tracker
A job application tracker that fills itself in
One click on any posting page saves the role to your board with company, title and link, then scores it against your résumé. Stop retyping rows into a spreadsheet at midnight.
How it works
- 01
Capture from the tab you’re in
Reading a posting on LinkedIn, Indeed, or a careers page? One click on the toolbar saves the role to your board. No copy-paste, though pasting the link still works the traditional way.
- 02
See your fit before you apply
Captured roles get scored against your résumé, so the board tells you where to spend tonight’s energy, not just what you’ve applied to.
- 03
Track every application to the callback
Move roles through stages, keep company research together, and generate the tailored résumé, LinkedIn note, and cover letter from the same row.
The spreadsheet was never the hard part
Every serious job hunt turns into a tracking problem: which version of your résumé went where, who never replied, which posting quietly closed. A spreadsheet can hold that, until week three, when updating it becomes the chore you skip, and the data goes stale exactly when you need it.
Callbacked flips the order. Capture happens at the posting, in a single click, while you’re already reading it. The board stays current because keeping it current costs nothing, and because each row carries a fit score, the board doesn’t just record your search, it points it.
Questions, answered
Is the job application tracker free?
Yes. Tracking is free with an account, and the first 30 people to sign up get 25 analyses on us. No card, no API key, nothing to set up. One analysis covers a whole role: the fit score, the tailored résumé, the LinkedIn note, and the cover letter. Already have an Anthropic key? Add it in Settings and run on your own account instead. Pro, with 150 credits a month, opens soon.
How is this better than my spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet asks you to retype the company, title, and link for every role, at the exact moment you have the least patience for it. Callbacked’s extension captures all of that straight from the posting page, then adds something a spreadsheet can’t: a fit score against your résumé.
Does it work with LinkedIn, Indeed, and company career pages?
The extension captures from the page you’re reading in the browser, so any public job posting works: LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, or a company’s own careers page.
Do I have to install a browser extension?
No. Paste the posting’s link and description and you get the same board, scoring, and documents. The extension just removes the copy-paste.
