LinkedIn message generator

LinkedIn messages that don’t read like a template

"Hi, I came across your profile…" gets archived on sight. Callbacked writes a short LinkedIn message per captured role, naming the role, the company, and one concrete reason you fit, for you to send from your own account.

How it works

  1. 01

    Capture the role

The note starts from a real posting on your board, not from a blank box asking you to be charming on demand.

  2. 02

    Get a short, grounded note

The role, the company, one concrete reason you fit, all pulled from the posting and your résumé. No "I came across your profile."

  3. 03

Send it from your own account

Copy the note into LinkedIn yourself. Callbacked never connects to your LinkedIn or sends anything for you, so your account stays yours.

Short beats clever

The person you’re messaging gets dozens of these a week and reads them the way you read spam: scanning for a reason to stop. Three paragraphs about your passion is a reason to stop. One line that names their open role and one line that says why you’re relevant is a reason to reply.

Writing that two-line message is harder than writing three paragraphs, because it requires knowing the role and knowing your own case. Callbacked has both on the board already, which is why the note it drafts is short, specific, and finished in seconds.

Questions, answered

Does Callbacked send messages automatically?

No, by design. It writes the note; you paste and send it from your own LinkedIn account. Auto-senders risk your account and read like auto-senders.

What makes the message personalized?

It’s generated per captured role, from that posting and your résumé, so it can name the actual role, the actual company, and the specific overlap that makes reaching out reasonable.

Is it short enough for a connection request?

The notes are written short on purpose, the kind of length that survives a recruiter’s skim. Trim to fit a connection request’s limit, or use it as the follow-up message.

Is the LinkedIn message generator free?

Yes. Tracking is free with an account, and the first 30 people to sign up get 25 analyses on us. No card, no API key, nothing to set up. One analysis covers a whole role: the fit score, the tailored résumé, the LinkedIn note, and the cover letter. Already have an Anthropic key? Add it in Settings and run on your own account instead.
