Applying more was never the strategy

How is the fit score calculated?
The model compares the posting’s stated requirements against your résumé and explains its reasoning. The score is the summary, the reasons are the useful part.
Does a high score mean I’ll get the job?
No. It means your résumé answers this posting well. It’s a prioritization signal for where to spend effort, not a prediction about a process with humans in it.
What should I do with a low score?
Read the reasons. If the gaps are real, skip the role and save the hour. If your résumé just doesn’t surface the right experience, tailor it. That’s the case the score exists to catch.
Is the fit score free?
