Your job hunt is yours.

What we collect

• Account details. Sign-in runs through Clerk (our authentication provider): your email address and the name/avatar from the sign-in method you choose.
• Content you capture on purpose. Job postings you send from the extension (the page text and the posting’s address), job descriptions you paste or upload as PDFs, and résumé content you add for tailoring.
• Your Anthropic API key, if you bring one. Stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used only to run your own analyses. It is never shown again after you save it and never appears in logs.
• Activity on your board. Stage changes and capture/analysis events, so your pipeline history works.

What the extension does — and doesn’t

• It reads a page only when you act: clicking the toolbar button on a job page, or right-clicking selected text and choosing “Send to Callbacked”. That content goes to your board and nowhere else.
• It does not track your browsing, collect history, run analytics, or read any page you didn’t explicitly capture. It holds no standing access to any website.
• It authenticates with a per-browser capture token you can revoke any time under Settings → Extension.

How captured content is used

Captured job text and résumé content are processed with Anthropic’s Claude API to extract the role’s details, score the fit against your résumé, and draft tailored materials — using your own API key when you’ve saved one, or our key for extraction otherwise. Your data is stored in our database (Neon Postgres) and used to run the product for you. That’s the whole list.

What we never do

• No selling or sharing your data with advertisers or brokers.
• No ads, no third-party trackers.
• No training AI models on your data.
• No reading anything the extension didn’t explicitly send.

Who touches the data

Three processors, each doing one job: Clerk (sign-in), Neon (database hosting), and Anthropic (the Claude API calls above). Traffic to all of them is encrypted in transit.

Your controls

• Delete any job from your board at any time.
• Revoke any extension token under Settings → Extension.
• Remove your saved API key under Settings.
• For full account deletion or any privacy question, email priyanshuc.info@gmail.com — deletion removes your jobs, résumé content, events, tokens, and encrypted key.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it, and material changes get called out on this page.
